Doh! I assumed no 4th puzzle now Trisha moved so no entries left for this 
one. Good luck to anyone who had entries left. I'm off to text some 
nutrigrain codes lol. Reeeeeeally need a cash win at mo lol. Bet everyone

You're supposed to replace the YOURNAMEHERE, etc with your own details.

I don't think they ever change anything.  :-)
The way to find it is to 'view source' on the page with the form.

Btw, the submit.x and submit.y are the points where you click on
the submit button.  So you can vary them a bit if you want.
