I see it as red type. More a nasty font than duff colours.

2. Interesting stuff html, mostly it just recommends colours rather than
specify them. I see a pale blue and red text.
The fact that not using MS Office products to produce a web page is a very
good idea may well leap out at people.
However the basic point is that for those that aren't interested the short
form reference to a web page they don't look at is an excellent idea.
