Hi guys,
Have had the Aquarius 1200 for several years with no problems, until today. Machine fills, empty and washes but does not spin, the drum rotates on the wash cycle but it skips any attempt to spin and just moves on to the next part of the problem.

The dryer programme is acting similar heat comes on but drum does not rotate.

Any ideas or suggestions

Try either new brushes in the motor or a blockage in the pump.

Hi thanks for replying, changed the brushes and the pump is clear and pumps to its heart content, however still does not spin. Maybe it is the controller and time for a new machine. Any additional ideas before I go out and buy a new machine?
