It was clear to me then that Andy had not died from a heart attack as had
been alleged. I also saw in addition what appeared to be bruising on top of
Andy's head. Any was not paranoid as had also been falsely alleged. He was
at least and probably more sane than Prime Minister Tony Blair from evidence
that I saw as proof of this.

Andrew Neil Mackintosh 1955-2004. Andrew was due to have attended the Calton
Hill, Edinburgh. Scottish Republic support meeting in 2004 which took place
at the same time as Queen Elizabeth II opened the New Scottish Parliament
building in Edinburgh. I was at that meeting and saw a large police presence
on the ground and in helicopters overhead.

Here is a letter that I received from 10 Downing Street on behalf of Tony
Blair dated 16th January 2003. Nothing was ever received by me from the Lord
Chancellors Department. On February 4 and 5 2003 Northumbria Police Special
Squad police officers made two attempt to murder me after they had
surrounded my home at Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear. That followed illegal civil
court proceedings carried out against me by a judicial criminal who still
remains protected and free.
It is unlawful for any UK Deputy District Judge to hear any Appeal. This man
not only heard my appeal in the matter of damage to our property but was
allowed to carry on with his crimes against me in Durham and Newcastle
County Court cases DH500950. DH500898 and NE401650 me

Evidence concealed from the UK courts by police, Crown Prosecution Service
and bent members of the legal profession to assist me being convicted for
alleged harassment of my civil opponent. I was charged and convicted of
approaching my civil opponent at the Sunderland County Court and threatening
harassment of her. The security officer at that court at the material time
told police that nothing of note had occurred at the court at the time this
woman had made allegations of harassment against me.

Lords Woolf and Bingham ruled that my concerns about Masonic influence in my
civil cases had no relevance. Both of these alleged top authorities on UK
law were totally wrong in this ruling. Where anyone expresses any concern
about the impartiality or independent of any UK court, and that court fails
to deal with that as a first priority, this becomes an automatic violation
of Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. Were Woolf and

Damages Claim made by me against my civil litigation opponent for her part
