Has anyone any ideas/plans or views on fitting a wood burning stove in a
normal fire place & chimney, {how can I cap above the flue pipe so the stove
is drawn through the pipe & not up the putside of the pipe,

Don't think it matters. Try it  - you'll only have to cap off if you get
blowback.
