First Snow.
T'is with no joy that I look out today
Across the rooftops and the lawns
Toward the silent gulls and crow
While perched in heavy falling snow,
Tedious, long winters know.

I'm sorry you feel like that about snow. Maybe I should take our holiday in
Norway in winter instead. They need people who appreciate the white stuff.

It's awfully nice to look at, but not just at the moment as the rain has
turned it into slush puppies and made it all doity.
