I don't like Carlsberg. It's like Canadian beer.

Hmm. I'm not that keen on flat places, I must say, though I do enjoy a quick
visit from time to time. I found the fens fascinating when we drove through
Lincolnshire last year, but I couldn't live there. Norway is a proper place
with its mountains.

Not really. I'm just imagining how it might be. They say Danish beer is the
best. I'm not really a beer person. One brew here is served in all the pubs.
It's called Ringnes and it is foul. If you want a pint of eg Irish malt or
Guinness it costs 6 a liter. There is a pub where they serve Ringnes for 2
a pint until 10 pm, then the price doubles. Pubs close at 3 am. Musicians
start to play at 10 or 11pm until 3 am. It's hard on those who have to go to
work same day.
Most drinkers meet at someone's house and get sozzled before they go out,
because of the prices. I like the British system best but I don't care for
the 2 in a band thingie. I like a full band.
