Has anyone seen the movie 'If Only' with Jennifer Love Hewitt?

At the part of the movie when they go to where he used to live, I think it
looks like North Wales, although I have heard it is Cumbria,   Anyone know
where it is?

Not seen the film but according to google it was mostly film in/around
london plus some footage in cumbria - havn't a clue where

Has it finally been released then?
Being produced in 2003 it hadn't been released in the UK as at February 
2005, though it's had very good reviews in film festivals.  I believe 
that it was released on DVD - but only in Russia (with English 
subtitles).

I think that is a different movie - originally released in the US as 
"The Man With Rain on his face" and was released on film in 1998

The one starring Jennifer Love Hewitt can be found at:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0332136/ and was only released (on film) in 
2004, though I believe it was shown at some film festivals in 2003, the 
delay occurring because there was difficulty in getting it accepted by 
any of the distributors any earlier.
