Norwich Railfest
I'm trying to find out whats actually on display at Norwich station this
weekend and whether Railfest includes the depot aswell. The Acorp and One
pages are a bit vague and suggest its all quite dispersed (suppose to get
punters on trains!). Does anyone know if the depot is included and what the
stocklist is?

Also a bit of a shame One Anglia did'nt plan a special Norwich to Dereham
with say a 170. Maybe next time?

Thanks

It's not just at Norwich station you know.

There will be stalls at Great Yarmouth too. I know because I'm helping
to man the Railfuture stall. It's going to be quite busy there with the
Class 31 etc.

My understanding was that there would be some special trains run
around the Norwich area, but I don't remember where to/from or with
which stock.

You could try calling ACoRP in Slaithwaite and ask the question. The
number is on their website, IIRC, and they're a friendly bunch who I'm
sure will give you the required info.

Re: Norwich Railfest
I believe the 'one' website now has a reasonably accurate depiction of stock
and happenings over the weekend ..
I also believe that whilst Crown Point depot will not be open to the public
, the 'low level sidings' - the yard at neighbours the station will be open
with exhibits in there for the public to walk across ...
