Queen Elizabeth II is an integral part of the massive Judicial Oath fraud.
It is an Oath for Fairness to all manner of people. It is sworn by all UK
judges and magistrates only to Queen Elizabeth II. She is shown and proved
to be an integral part of this massive fraud. Several weeks ago Queen
Elizabeth II was served with my eighteen million pounds damages claim made
against her for the huge damage caused to me for her part in the massive
Judicial Oath Fraud. The Judicial Oath is being used to deceive the UK
people. Having written to Queen Elizabeth II the reply that I received on
her behalf came from the Lord Chancellors Department. It served as proof
that the Judicial Oath is the massive fraud that I claim that it is and that
the UK does not have any independent or impartial tribunals or authorities
for the resolution of the UK citizens criminal or civil Rights. Prime
minister Tony Blair is aware of this latter fact and he too is in receipt of
my two million pounds damages claim made against him for his failure/refusal
to carry out his duty as required under Article 6(1) of the European Human
Rights Convention. Several weeks after Blair was served with my claim
against him in late 1992, Northumbria Police Special Squad officers
surrounded my home at Hetton-le-Hole and laid siege to it. My water, gas,
electricity, and telephone connections to my home were then cut off. Police
marksmen were then stationed outside of my home and I came close to being
shot by them even though I was not armed or a threat to anyone but myself. I
refused to give up my home for the benefit of our establishment criminals.
Three nights later police battered down the door to my home and two of their
Special Squad officers handcuffed me and then tried to impale me on a sword
that had previously decorated a room in our home. I had held that sword to
my stomach and was plucking up courage to fall on it as a final protest to
the catalogue of crime that the UK establishment had used against me more
especially since I contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select
Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry Within The Police and Judiciary headed by
Lord Nolan. That Inquiry was not independent. Queen Elizabeth II is Patron
Head of all UK Freemasonry. The Duke of Kent, her first cousin, is the Grand
Master of all UK Freemasonry. The Prince of Wales became a Freemason in
quite recent years. The Duke of Edinburgh is also a Freemason. Freemasonry
is a Secret Society without even the faintest shadow of doubt. Prime
Minister Tony Blair is also a 33 degree Freemason.

It now seems clear that the Royal Prerogative alleged to have been handed
down under Common law is being used to protect establishment employed
criminals who work in our police forces, courts, Civil Services etc.Yes
folks Establishment criminals employed under the authority of Queen
Elizabeth II really do exist. The Judicial Oath fraud also of course means
that Queen Elizabeth II is probably the UK's top criminal.

The massive UK Judicial Oath fraud is a tyranny being used against all
citizens of the UK. Both the Royal Prerogative and the Judicial Oath fraud
are a gross violation of all international law. Queen Elizabeth II must now
be called to account for her part in the above matters.

The murder attempts made on me by Northumbria Police Special Squad in early
February 2003 were reported to Prime Minister Tony Blair, former Home
Secretary David Blunkett, Queen Elizabeth II and of course to Northumbria
Police all of whom have ignored the matter. The UK is anything but a
democracy. The correct word to use to describe it is in fact hypocrisy.

Queen Elizabeth II employed police, judicial, and Crown Prosecution Service
Mafia are still after my throat. When they eventualy manage to cut it it is
they who will bleed to eternal death. The UK can truly be said now to be
living in a modern day middle ages. The Star Chamber outlawed in the 1640'
by Oliver Cromwell is alive and well again in the courts throughout the UK.
Matters concerning this fact and more such similar facts have been referred
to the United Nations as serious vioaltions of the 1948 Universal
Declaration for Human Rights.
