Grey Possibly? A white shirt would look weird against the Grey Tie, and 
it wasn't privatisation so they wouldn't have been wearing anything like 
the Green!

As far as I can recall the staff wore the standard NSE white with blue
stripes shirts.

else did on the sector at the time.
