hauling a rake of Riviera Trains Stock on a Railtour.

Does anybody know where this Railtour had come from and where it was going
to

40145 was replacing 71000 - 71000 had disgraced itself at Stalybridge
and didn't reach York; the stock was taken there by a 66, then the
Whistler was summoned from the ELR to bring it back to Liverpool, IIRC.
