Hi,

Recently, I found out about a program called Pepakura Designer

apprently it allows the production of 3D cut-out models of
(within reason) any simple 3DS mesh you supply it with :-)

Unfortunatly the modelling tool I use only supports Direct X
meaning I can't directly use BVE style meshes as source material.
(In any event some of the 'hacks' used would make it impossible anyway)

So does anyone here know where I would be able to obtain free 'simple'
3DS objects of UK rail items?

The alternative is to use a 3D modelling package or Photo Modeller
(but for some early stocks I doubt there a sufficent pictures :-()
