I see that this is reported on in latest edition of LIAR

Does anyone know if it is on-line anywhere?

SRA site has, I thought, been 'frozen' at 22 August, I can't see 
anything on DfT site, and Google doesn't throw up anything obvious.

Seems odd that it can be reported upon. At meeting yesterday NR reported:

"The intended SRA ECML review was not published. However, NR will now lead 
an ECML RUS on behalf of the rail industry which is expected to start in 
September and be completed by December 2006, including a three month 
consultation period and a two month appeal period."

I hope that the welcome demise of the SRA will give NR a chance to
start with a clean sheet of paper.
