Just to let you know a stop has been added at Ipswich on the outward leg (at
least) now.

I looked around their website, but there's nothing helpful there. It is
amusing to note that one of the handful of links to related websites is
to CAMRA. Sadly that just sets me thinking about parties in breweries.

A posting on anglia-gen this afternoon stating this tour may be in
serious doubt due to lack of interest. Come on people! Maybe the only
chance...
Also a while ago from the same source came the news that there may be
part fares available at roughly half the £40 advertised price.
If only they would answer the phone!

The current part fare available is 30 from Ipswich ... Bizarrely , you can
board at Ipswich , heading towards Norwich , and it's valid to London on the
return leg , but of course , the train is non-stop to London from Ipswich ,
so you would need to get yourself back to Ipswich !!
Priv fares are also now available for the journey ..
PS - the phone number I have , is 01603 214529 .
I'll check it's still the correct one tomorrow for you.

Do you mean the ACORP web site?
ACORP are not doing the bookings Its the 01603 214529 number which is ONE
who are organising the train.

Glad to see the confusion has been sorted out. I have spoken to the
"Horse's Mouth" today and there is no doubt that this train is running.
Whoever told anyone anything else was simply wrong!
