Please help the Patient Support Trust to eliminate council tax for OAPs in
Maidstone



A `rogue gang' of Kent freemasons (male and female) owe us money and have
committed crimes against us, but they have the power and influence to ensure
that they do not have to honour their obligations to us us and will never be
arrested for the crimes they have committed. They misuse public resources
for their own personal gain. When they select a business/ OAP/ charity/
family for asset-stripping/ destruction, they do not discriminate between
freemasons, non-freemasons and spouses of freemasons; they remove
competitors & those seen as threats.



3 months ago I filed a High Court Judicial Review CO/3867/OS showing how
council tax in Maidstone could be reduced by 15m in 2006/7; this JR is a
Public Document and a11 84 KCC County Councillors know of its existence;
copies are with the Conservative & Labour leaders at County Hall. A letter
from No 10, states that my JR Consultancy Report has been seen by the Prime
Minister. My Report shows how to save  15m by cutting out waste,
duplication and corruption; I have asked that OAPs are exempt from council
tax from 2006/7 onwards.A 68 year-old woman is a cleaner at Wits End to
supplement her 24 per week pension.



Our financial institutions and council leaders meet annually to agree
budgets, they met 2 months ago in Yorkshire and decided to increase council
tax by 15% in 2006/7. The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister has given the
Maidstone Chairman of the Local Government Association until 10. 10.2005 to
persuade him that more money is needed from the taxpayer.



A Warrant for my arrest has been issued and I am due to be sentenced by Kent
Magistrates to 90 days in prison on 14.9.2005, for non-payment of council
tax. My ex-husband is a JP on the same bench as former Provincial
Grandmaster John Bonomy ie Folkestone; he started work as a Colonial /
Alliance & Leicester Financial Adviser in Maidstone in July 1978. On
11.5.2003, my husband and Maidstone Police hijacked my 2 High Court Test
Cases for the mis-selling of financial services (Colonial/ Alliance &
Leicester) and medical services (BMI). I was put on trial in Folkestone
(26-28 May 2004) and so my husband got his revenge for his appearance in the
Rochester Crown Court on 5.8.80 and my life-long court protection order. I
contracted MRSA in the BMI Somerfield Hospital on 14.2.2000; the death of
Mrs Eledwen Demain of Yeoman Lane in Bearsted on 24.3.2004 was found by the
coroner to be avoidable. My referring surgery ie the Bearsted Medical
Practice in Yeoman Lane in Bearsted are having a party on 28.9.2005 to
celebrate their new l. lm pound surgery; the BMI Somerfield Hospital
received NHS contracts to take MRSA patients from Hospitals I had visited
with BMI MRSA



Our Court of Appeal claims for mis-selling of financial services (on behalf
of former Colonial employees and patients) started to `clean up' both UK
financial services and medicine, has been awaiting directions from LJ Rose
and our Judicial Review has been awaiting directions from Mr Justice Newman
when these 2 Cases were hijacked on 1.9.2005 by Maidstone Police, Maidstone
BC, Maidstone County Court, Grouts Locksmiths, Wards and AMG (Guildford) on
behalf of the Alliance & Leicester. John Tiner of the FSA had given the
Alliance & Leicester until 31.8.2005 to settle claims. Asset Management
Group works for many financial institutions and seizes properties, lawfully
and unlawfully; a group of circa 20 wearing armour and with sledgehammers
made us homeless and officeless (Unit 6 The Oaks) on 1.9.2005 over a
disputed debt of 83,000, we have offered the deeds of Unit 6 in exchange
for the deeds of Little Caring Farm. Dog handlers offered to take our Golden
Retrievers from us, we refused to be split up as a family, we were told that
we could only take an overnight bag with us as we were evicted. Maidstone BC
housed us as a homeless family for 3 nights at 55 per night only; we have
been refused income support, council tax relief, child support etc. On the
front door of our PST Trauma & Rape Crisis Refuge is `FUCKERS LIVED HERE'.



Di Mitchell of Kent Regional Newspapers refuses to help us expose the abuse
of patients, the elderly & the taxpayer, drug rapes at Snodland and British
homeless children in Maidstone. Derek Johnson of ITV Meridian sent me a text
message `Fuck off at 15.55.41 06.09.2005. Malcolm Denyer, our Company
