Thank you for your e-mail Hattie Lambe.



It amazes me that I have been contacting the Commission for 'Racial Equality
' for over 18 years, and now I am told that there is a Legal Affairs Team,
"which protects everyone against racial discrimination in employment,
housing, education and services."



Therefore, I now ask the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) the following
questions:



1)       Why has my legitimate correspondence to the Commission for Racial
Equality been ignored until now?



2)       Why did the Commission for Racial Equality discriminate against me
and fail in its duty under the Race Relations Act 1976 to protect me?



3)       Who is going to compensate me for the torture and persecution that
I have had to endure due to the CRE failing in its duty to protect me?



4)       Why did the CRE fail to protect me when I was illegally evicted
from my home with NO accommodation or services in place re my welfare?



5)       Why did the CRE fail to act when Leo Sheedy of the Irish Embassy in
London referred my case to the CRE?  Was this a scam between you?



6)       Why did the CRE fail to ensure that I had effective services in the
UK to protect my interests?  The Irish Embassy has also failed me in this
respect.



7)       How did the CRE expect me (or my community) to survive with NO
courts of law available to us in the UK?



8)       How did the CRE expect me to survive with NO legal representation
available to me in the UK?



9)       How did the CRE expect me to survive with Police committing crimes
against me, instead of upholding the law, and protecting me from the
criminals?



10)   What have the CRE done about the Police holding a secret Irish
blacklist in the UK?  And what damage has this blacklist done to me in the
UK?



11)   What have the CRE done about Harrow and Brent Council failing to house
me for over three years after been put onto the streets illegally?



12)   I've had no Doctor, GP, in the UK for years, what has the CRE done
about this lack of a vital service?



13)   What have the CRE done about Harrow Council etc, defrauding the Irish
community of billions in employment, housing, grants, funding, etc, etc?



14)   Is this what a member of the Irish community has to go through in the
UK before the CRE will takes up their case?



15)   How many Irish people in the UK would have survived the crimes that I
have been subjected to by the British authorities for over twenty years?



16)   Has the CRE ever questioned where the once large Irish community in
the UK, have disappeared to?  Or does it give a shit?



17)   Why has the CRE allowed the Press Complaints Commission to ignore my
legitimate complaint about the Harrow Observer and the Harrow Times, 'Irish'
Post and 'Irish' World failing in their duty to expose Harrow Council's
inequality of services to the Irish community in comparison to the Asian and
Jewish community?



18)   Why have the CRE in Harrow ignored my plight, and the inequality of
services from Harrow Council to the Irish community over the years?



19)   Why are there NO effective complaints procedures for members of the
Irish community in the UK?  Was this deliberate to kill us off?



20)   How is the CRE going to restore my faith now that it has violated the
Race Relations Act 1976 for over eighteen years in my case?





As you can see from the correspondence below, I have been put through hell
on earth, due to the total lack of effective services available to me in the
UK.  Therefore, my legitimate expectations are that the Commission for
Racial Equality (at this late stage) address all the points raised in this
correspondence fully and honestly, and render me all the services and
protection under the Race Relations Act 1976, which the CRE should have
afforded me over eighteen years ago.



It is nothing short of a miracle that I am still alive today after what I've
been put through, but sadly I looked on helplessly, as my community were
being killed off due to the total lack of effective services, and the CRE,
Press and the Media ignoring our cries for help.  Who are the 'Irish' Post
and the 'Irish' World working for?

The Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) was set up under the Race Relations
Act 1976, which protects everyone against racial discrimination in
employment, housing, education and services.

The CRE can provide advice and assistance to individuals who are taking, or
considering taking, cases of racial discrimination to the courts or
tribunals. Individuals can take their case directly to an industrial
tribunal for employment cases, or county court (sheriff court in Scotland)
for non-employment cases. Information on your rights under the Race
Relations Act 1976 and how to take a case is available over the Internet
(please see link below).

The CRE do not have any legal powers to take action against or investigate
matters relating to the content of the media. However, despite not playing a
direct role in handling media complaints, we do seek to ensure that the
bodies responsible give proper attention to the issue.

the appropriate bodies, namely regulatory bodies such as the Press
Complaints Commission and Ofcom. Further Information on how to complain

I agree 100% with the abolition of the police.  Innocent members of the
public are being robbed of their properties, while others are spending long
terms in jail for crimes, and murders that they did NOT commit, which is due
to endemic corruption in the UK police force.



We ALL have a duty as citizens to uphold law and order.  How can law
enforcement be left in the hands of a pack of lying cheating thugs?



For the record:

I was framed-up by the Inland Revenue, the Wembley General Commissioners and
twelve (12) High Court 'Judges' - and evicted from my home by, High Court
Sheriffs and seventeen (17) Police Officers.  The UK Police are refusing to
uphold the law, and have done nothing whatsoever (apart from terrorise me
further) about these blatant crimes that was committed against me.  Why Not?
How much longer am I going to be denied justice in the UK?  The Inland
Revenue has committed perjury at the General Commissioners 'hearing' and at
the High Court 'hearings' to rob me of my home and possessions:

Even with all this publicity, why is there NO solicitor available in the UK
to take on my case?

What chance has anyone got in the UK, when there are NO solicitors prepared
to take on this ready-made case?  It beggars belief, does it not?  Where are
my rights in law under Article 6 (1) of the Council of Europe Convention
etc, etc?  Notwithstanding that the Police are failing to do their duty?
Who then is going to enforce my rights in law in the UK?



Gareth Thomas 'my MP' continues to ignore my correspondence, and Barry
Gardiner 'my MP' refuses to assist me under the pretence that I no longer
live in his constituency, while in the full knowledge that I was illegally
evicted from my home in his constituency.   The juggling act is here for all
to see, but NO representation whatsoever?



What damage has the, "Memorandum of Understanding between the Association of
Chief Police Officers of England and Wales and the Law Society" done to my
legitimate case?  Why have the Police failed to arrested the known criminals
that robbed me of my home?

What has changed in the British justice system in 155 years?  The answer is
nothing; the British justice system is still rotten to the core.  The once
large Irish community in the UK have been killed off by the same British
State that robbed us of our lands, money and food in 1845-1850 and starved
us to death.   When I was forced out of work in 1990, due to the crimes that
was being committed against me by the Inland Revenue, my Stare Benefits were
stopped for eighteen months at a time.  In English law, it is OK for the
British State to annihilate a community, so long as it attacks each member
individually.  They then use the get out; "We do not comment on individual
cases" - which is what the Inland Revenue told Phillip Inman of The Guardian

I can categorically state that, Phillip Inman of The Guardian, Chris Fogarty
of the Irish American News and Brendan Halligan of the Limerick Leader have
saved my life, by exposing my case before they murdered me.

What more incontrovertible evidence is needed, that the UK Police force
needs to be abolished?  Members of the public must be protected from these
criminals who are blatantly refusing to uphold the law, while violating it
at taxpayers expense?

We believe that the police while they exist should be confined to their
traditional definition of a citizen in uniform paid to uphold the law in the
