I called them but the 3 days is not quite true. According to the person I
spoke to, it's 3 days before they send it and another 4-6 before you get it
(apparently)!

A friend ordered last Thursday and received his on Friday. Another ordered
at the same time but received it today. Yet another went into the Apple
store and got his on Thursday.

How much does it work out in 's if you buy it from the States?

I'm interested as my mate flies out there in a fortnight. Will the charger
still work here or do you need to buy something else?

Thanks

The exchange rate is around $1.75 to the pound, so the 2Gb works out at 114
(139) and 4Gb 142 (179), subject to sales tax..... charges from the USB
cable.
