can anyone help me with this?  I have hung some wallpaper over the
customers exsisting lining paper, which had been painted a couple of
times. The bubbles that are coming up and in the lining paper beneath
not the wallpaper i have just hung. Its fabric effect paper so i dont
want to seringe if possible. Will these go down with time?  I ie: a few
days or will it take longer or less? ?
