He's not actually "run over", though, is he? Just sideswiped. If he 
had been run over the bit about the policeman holding his head would 
probably have meant something rather gorier.

While I was waiting for the video to load and I could only see the caption, 
I thought the policeman *was* holding the other man's head, and I thought 
"that's a bit strong for the Sun - it's going to put people off their 
breakfasts" ;-)
