Sleeper reservations on NationalRail.co.uk
I notice the new National Rail site will now flag and offer connections on
sleeper trains. But AFAICS it just seems to offer normal tickets (SVR, SOR)
for these trains not sleeper bookings. I went as far as the need for a
Trainline registration after selecting fScotrail as vendor, so it's possible
they might actually be able to book on the seated cars. However Scotrail
suggests that online seated reservations aren't possible. Has anyone tried
it for real and does it work? It's just itching for berth options to be
added to the ticket matrix...

Apologies if this has already been posted, but it does appear that AT
LONG LAST the Scotrail (and other TheTrainline sites??) are finally
offering on-line sleeper reservations once again. Also seated
reservations on the Scotrail sleepers.

Shame that these on-line bookings were not available during the recent
50% Scotrail offer:-(
