I suggest that you phone local specialists. but avoid anyone with an 0800
number.

This being d-i-y I've done my own maintenance.  Typically a boiler will come
with maintenance instructions, if you don't have these to hand you can contact
the manufacturer.

Depends where you are but in the North about 40 to 50 plus any parts and 
VAT
