If you click on 'All Shower Accessories' there are several others in oval,
U-shapes and L-shapes which all appear to come from the same maker. They'd
certainly have to have an "exceptional" surface finish to justify that
price!
I suspect they've either got the decimal point in the wrong place, or are
quoting the 10-off price by mistake.

It does say it's "chrome plated & hand built in the UK". Even so, it does
seem a bit excessive for a shower curtain rail.

How does one hand-build a tube, I wonder? Now if it was hand-drawn from red
'ot steel and then hand-formed into a perfect tube I'd be impressed.

Ah yes. I couldn't edit it coz the camcorder's only got digital out so I
made it "live", as it were. We didn't make the top three wot go on the Oxy
website to be voted on, unfortunately. Like I care - I still get to keep the
camera :)

If it was decent tube it would be cold-drawn.
