what's cooking?   
Very quiet here... everyone still on holiday?

here's a few pics from my kitchen

kee ji po, sweet & sour/tamarind salmon, etc. anyone needs recipes or

I like your photos - I am slowly creating my own yahoo picture page, where I 
will share some of my own photo's of mainly Chinese food - although I have 
some of food pictures from Fernando's, a restaurant in Macao at Hak Sa beach 
which does the most amazing Portugese/Macanese food - the garlic prawns and 
their 'salt?' roast chicken is out of this world -

Only problem is finding the disks I have them saved on! Any way one to start 
you off

Thanks... i'd like to see your Portuguese/Macanese food pics, i'm not sure
where Leroy is but if she's still around... i bet she'll want to see those
too.

I;ve just had my lunch soy sauce stewed pork & your pic of garlic aubergines
