I bought a printer from comet.co.uk and it stopped sucking the paper in 
after two weeks use.

This morning I 'phoned them and was told that I could take it back to any 
Comet store to have it repaired. Fifteen minutes later I walked out of my 
local Comet with a brand new replacement printer. No arguments, no hassle, 
and a happy smiling customer service bod too.

I know that's what they should have done anyway but it amazed me.
