More cuts proposed in Northumberland.
Not just content with wanting to close all stations on the ECML in
Northumberland (Morpeth, Alnmouth & Berwick excepted).

The SRA have come up with another parting shot. This time to replace stops
at stations west of Hexham with buses.

If and when I find the document with the Tyne Valley line proposals (which
isn't covered in the ECML report I posted last week) I'll make it available
or if anyone else finds it, can you send me a copy?

Dear God, whatever next?

The SRA seem hell-bent on trying to prove that they were not as
profligate with taxpayer's money as we all know they were.

Next, will they try to get us to believe that they understood the
meaning of the word 'strategy', when it was obvious that - under
Bowker at least - they had not the faintest idea?

;-)
