There was a 'buy one adult entry, get one free' ticket in one of the TV 
guides last week for thorpe park (along with dates of opening left this 
season) and I thought it would be a great afternoon out this week for us 2 
overgrown kids now the nippers have gone back to school (less queues etc) 
and while the weather was still good.

Rooted about for it today and the missus has thrown it out and the bin men 
have already been :((

Anyone seen where else they might have done these bogof type tickets please? 
Paying full price for both would be a bit much as we'd go elsewhere for that 
price.  Its not far from us and would be a cheap day out with the discount, 
anyone seen any please?

Spend a tenner at Iceland and you'll get a scratchcard which will get you
discount entry or even free entry
to various attractions including Thorpe Park.

That's not fair - I was in there 2 days ago, spent 18 and didn't get any 
kind of scratchcard... perhaps its regional.

Just thought id let you know i have a contact at Thorpe Park who can get 
people in for FREE occasionally, it comes in wonderfully useful when the 
nephews come over, not a penny
to pay on anything,even food :-)
