...and if the pump doesn't run, remove the large screw cap in the end of
gthe motor and give the shaft a turn by hand to free it up.

Or rather by electrical screwdriver...

Re: IF you haven't used your central heating for a few months
I have a shed at the end of the garden that I want to use as a small
craft workshop, problem is there is no power at the moment.
I can take power from an upstairs bedroom as a spur and run it down the
wall etc in conduit, a run of about 10m or I can connect direct to the
board, but this involves a run of nearer 35m again along a garden wall
in conduit.
I cannot access a powerpoint nearer downstairs as this would involve
concrete floors and a nicely decorated new kitchen!
I am looking at one florry strip and two double sockets, for a small
bandsaw, bench sander, radio, Dremel etc nothing heavy duty. Any
suggestions etc?
Thanks
John

I put mine on for a few minutes before bathtime every morning - it
doesn't make any difference to the rest of the flat but warms the towel
on the bathroom radiator nicely.

I tell myself that it's good for the valve so this little extravagance
is justified.

Surely the end would be way too small.

I thought it was designed to fit a 2p piece.

The big screw on the end is a good fit for a 2p or 50 p piece, the slot
in the shaft behind it is more electrical screwdriver size

Can't till the decorator finishes, maybe 3 weeks.

Thoug I did have a quick dry rub of me new pump, so HW zone valve, pump
and boiler go.

But my nice new K2 weigh several tons, so I'm not looking forward to
fixing them.

And I've came down Saturday with yet anuvver shocking does of flu, (them
flu jabs are very effective, Ive had six count them six doses this
year), and I had to get the old rads off by this morning for Rob the
decorator, also had to mow me lawns Sunday with me legs all wobbly on
account of the thunderstorm due in the night (wonder of wonders , it
came), and the Council collects green waste Tuesdays (early).

I now feel like c***, and Robs coming in the morning at sparrows to
attaack me walls again....

Well, thanks for listening, if you have been.....
