The local media company, Herts 24, is running a competition to win two
tickets worth 300 on a steam railtour to Newcastle/Morpeth on October
1st.  Entry is by SMS costing 50p plus normal network charge, or there
is a premium rate phone line to ring (costing God know's how much!).
