Hi

I returned an item for refund to Bargain Crazy a couple of weeks ago and
have not heard from them.
Can anybody offer advise on how long they take to process items and how they
contact you, or how I can find out whats going on.

It takes them around a month to process returns.

all they said to me was:

    'Please allow up to 21 days for items to be received back into
    our warehouse.  Once we have received them, they will be inspected
    and your account will be adjusted.  A refund will then be issued.'

And they were right. It took around 21 days from the date the parcel arrived 
at their warehouse.
