What's the best laser printer for about 100 maybe abit more if much better.

Also one that i can refill for cheap will be great!

Been looking at the Samsung 2250 but cant seem to find cheap refills.

I'd buy two Samsung 1510 printers tbh. Use one, keep the other as a
spare. 

You won't find anything better/cheaper to refill.

I have just bought a Samsung 1610 for 42.54 + Vat, although my ML-4500 is 
still going fine. Toner refills are ~ 7.
