My extension is now nearing completion and am looking at the Bathroom 
Tiling first.

Is it OK to usee floor tiles on the walls of my shower?.

Its quite a large tray(1400 x 900mm)

I know they are thicker, but I want the floor and shower wall to match.

I have used floor tiles on kitchen walls in two houses we have lived in 
because we thought the design was nicer.   The only real difference I found 
was that they were a thumping sight harder to cut, but worth it in the end.
