I am looking for something for a tight corner pre-bent 15mm copper
pipe section, something like a street bend, but with both ends male
and with longer legs. i.e. just a tightly bent tube using a bend
radius of about 15mm. Does such an item exist? I don't quite have the
space in this installation to use separate elbow pieces.

can you not presolder an end feed elbow with a couple of bits of pipe in, 
that would scarcely be fatter than 15mm tube

Sorry, I can't picture the problem, can't think of anything more compact
that using 2 pieces of pipe with a soldered knuckle bend. You may get
what you want by butchering a part crossover:

You can get 12 inch lengths of corrugated 15mm pipe which can be bent round
very tight corners, at most DIY places.
