How many actually want to go to Euston as opposed to the City or the
West End?  I suspect a majority of passengers change onto the Northern
or Victoria lines at Euston.

Ridding Euston Main Line of the 'Metro' service would free up space for
the Country and Intercity services.  And, it would simplify operations.

Expense!  all Londons transit systems should be part of one inexpensive
fare system.

The only snag here is that the platforms fitted with conductor rail are the
two shortest platforms at Euston.
