Once again been let down by this DVD rental company.  No management there 
Friday hence no films out.  Found out directors name William Reeves.  Can 
use customer service freephone nr.  Anyone who has had problems should call 
on Tuesday

I was with them for a few months, and the service deteriorated 
significantly.  Suggest you take your custom elsewhere, that may they might 
get the message.  I now use Blockbuster, and so far they are leagues 
ahead..and they mail out rentals at the weekend

I have found tescodvdrental to be the best.

Have tried screenselect, lovefilm and blockbuster.
