Stone varnish
Fellow DIYers,

I want to give a large rock the "wet look". Could someone recommend a
weatherproof varnish that works well with rock?

Thanks,

David

Weatherproof would imply outdoor scenario, yes? If so, maybe a "wet feature"
approach may also interest you: put a little mist/fountain generator next to
your rock... ensuring the mist or fountain regularly covers the rock in a
film of water. Can't get more "wet look" than real water, eh ? ;-)

Good idea but it's already within 3 feet of the water feature!!
