Looking for Vegetarian Noodles
Could someone please help me.
I am looking to by Vegetarian Noodles in London. Most of the noodles in the
market are egg-noodles.
Sometime ago, I saw some in a Indian grocery shop in Harrow and it was
labled as 'Purv' or something like that.
Could anyone please please help.
Thanks in advance

You can ask HooHing whether they have noodles made without using eggs in the
process:-

I think your options are rice & wheat noodles within Chinese/Asian cuisines.
Why don't you have a look at a major manufacturer like Amoy to see the
ingredients listing of what goes into each type of noodle. Mind you... in
Chinatown, the same noodles might not have ingredients listing.

Re: Looking for Vegetarian Noodles
Hi Einstein
I think that the noodles u are looking for are called 'Purvi's Vegetarian
Noodles.'
I have been using these for a number of years and I buy them in Ealing Road,
Wembley or Kingsbury Road in London NW9.
Hope that helps!!!!!
