We've got 3 - first 2 went up like a dream and have excelled in
expectations. Third one went up like a dream, but broke within the first 2
weeks (unit just stopped working), electrician was sent out, couldn't mend
it and got in touch with B&Q to get replacement for me - that was 5 weeks
ago and I'm still waiting. All in all, they work fine - the 12000 might be
better - the 9000 is the one my mum has in her room and it's not as good as
the 12000 which we have in our room (12000 is the downstairs one too, but
might have just been a dodgy one). All in all I'd give then 8/10 (Although
none are as good as the mobile one we had for over 10 years, cost my mum
about 1,000 back then - now that used to get the room to a gorgeous temp
within a couple of minutes).
