Petrol Generator
Hi all
Does anyone here know of anywhere that sells VERY cheap petrol generators up
to about 700 watt?.
I have already looked on eBay but am sure somewhere like Argos or Homebase
sells them as I have seen them recently but cannot remember where.
Cheers.

Makro is advertising a 2400 watt petrol generator on the front page of the
latest "Makro Mail" for 99.99 + VAT. Seems like a good deal to me.

I'm in Royston, Herts.
I think Enfield is the closest to me. Which is still a bit of a trek.

Makro had some around the 40+vat mark. I have paid more than that for
car batteries!

Re: Petrol Generator
Does anyone know if these day passes still require things like VAT
registration or company cheque books etc?.

No. Contrary to popular belief, these places aren't difficult to get
into.
At the end of the day Makro want to sell goods and they don't really
care who to. They simply have a membership scheme to keep suppliers
and Town planners happy.
