Hi all,
Any ideas what may be causing this car to jump out of fifth?

It's a late 97 3rd 1200cc, 60000 miles. Beyond that I don't know much.
It's a friend of a friends car and I've not seen it as yet. Looking for
ideas where to suggest looking further, or expected costs to repair.

Also driver window winder needs repair, any idea on the cost/complication
of a DIY job?
