Y reg Fiesta DI TD

Does anyone know if an adjustable or non adjustable clutch is fitted on this
model ?
(or is there a way of telling by looking at there vehicle ?)

I should have added.  There is a crunch when going into reverse gear.  (No
crunch going into any forward gears)

Have a squint at the gearbox where the clutch arm comes out of it - if it 
has a nut and bolt affair on the end of the cable, yes.
