hello

i was giving some information by someone i think on this group about 
bringing a used car from germany to the UK, however just at the time i need 
the information i have lost it !

this will be a used car for my own use.

in particular i need :-

i understand that the car needs to have export plates on ?

what was the name of the office i need to go to in germany ?
what paperwork do i need to prove that i own the car ?
how much & how long does it take to get this information ?
