There have been reports in the Stockport and South Manchester newsgroup of 
problems at Hydes brewery and the return of large numbers of casks of 
Boddies as "acidic and undrinkable". If this is so, let's hope Hydes sort 
out the problem ASAP, as the alternative Boddies doesn't bear thinking 
about.

For those who don't watch TV - or live on another planet - the creamflow 
Boddies ("the Cream" - though no longer of Manchester I see) is produced in 
Swiss chalets by cows listening to strange music on a tape recorder...

I don't drink Boddies if there is a more interesting alternative, but the 
last pint I had was quite acceptable - although that was some while ago now.
