They take off the discount when they charge your card, beware, if you want
to return items, you have to pay to send them back Beth

That's crap, Beth, and you know it. What you mean to say is "if you don't
like an item and want to send it back". If the item is faulty, you will not
be charged.

To be fair to Beth, she did say "if you want" which would suggest the
return is through choice rather than because an item is faulty.
Has anyone asked them if they have a freepost address?

I am so sorry that you think I am talking CRAP!!!!!, i was only trying to
warn the op that if he didn't like the item he had ordered and wanted to
return it, then he would have to pay the return postage, which, as was the
case for me, turned out to be very expensive, it is as you say, and we all
know, if the item is faulty then Bargain crazy will pick up the item free of
charge, beth

I hope you meant to reply to the earlier post rather than my post in
your defence.

Yes, I am so sorry it looked like I was replying to you,(and after you took
the time to defend me too!) I was replying to "graybags" who very
chivalrously told everyone I was talking CRAP!! I do wonder if he has ever
had any dealing with Bargain Crazy, or does he just like to cause offence
when people are trying to help with a query, perhaps he would like to tell
us all, without resorting to nastiness? sorry once again for the way my
post appeared Beth

But you choose to single out this particular retailer with your so called
'warning'.
Is there a single retailer in the world that would actually pay for the
return postage on unwanted items?
Do Argos pay your petrol costs when you invoke the 16-day guarantee and
drive the product back down there?
I think not. Any business that did so would have to build the associated
costs into the initial cost of the item, meaning more expensive items, doing
less business.
