Any ideas what this is? As described by an RAC chap, apparently; "the 
powerpack has failed".

No idea matey, that's all I know atm. I'd rather hoped it might have been 
the RAC chap's description of the battery (the owner is a foreign gentleman) 
but I wouldn't be that lucky.
