I received the above form and have contacted your office by telephone and
e-mail as I am unsure as to the best way to fill out this (very important)
form, which will enable me and my community to obtain services from Local
Government that has been unlawfully denied to us for decades:



We have been trying, without success, to get equality with the Asian and
Jewish communities from Harrow Council for over twenty years, with regards
funding, employment, education, grants, facilities, amenities, support and
promotion etc. Therefore, harrow Council have discriminated against the
migrant ethnic Irish Community for as long as there has been an Irish
community in Harrow.  The Harrow Observer and the Harrow Times are
conspiring with Harrow Council and have failed to expose the crimes that
Harrow Council has blatantly committed against the ethnic migrant Irish
community over the years.



Is Harrow Council going to deny us our rights in law until the last Irish
person is cleansed from Harrow?



We have filled out all the forms over the years, and have attended untold
meetings; wrote to Chief Executives, Tony Redmond and Joyce Markham who
treat us with contempt as if we don't exist, and ignore us.



Incidentally, Tony Redmond who was the Chief Executive at Harrow Council is
now a Local Government Ombudsman.  Is Tony Redmond acting illegally, and how
can he be classed as independent?



Under the above and below circumstances, I need your guidance as to the best
way to fill out this form, or any other action you can take, like reporting
these crimes to the police, on behalf of my community and myself.   When I
reported these crimes to the police, they targeted me and committed further
serious crimes against me.   Yes, instead of protecting me against Inland
Revenue criminals and corrupt High Court 'Judges', they illegally evicted me
from my own home onto the street.  By the way, Harrow Council refused to
house me for over three years - hoping I would die on the street.  It was
nothing short of a miracle that I survived.



It is imperative that you fully understand that members of the Irish
community in Harrow do NOT have a Police Service either when we report
crimes against ourselves, or on behalf of our community.   Instead, the
police are a serious danger to the Irish community in Harrow.



Due to my own horrendous experience in the UK, (see below) I have being
doing casework since 1990, which Harrow Council have refused to fund and
facilitate - for all of this time.



I look forward to hearing from you soon, with your plan of action to tackle
this outrageous situation that we still find ourselves trapped in, with no
letup.

others.  We know what happened to David Kelly and Arnold Lowe McCardle etc,

Thank you for contacting BMG's helpline about the survey you have been sent
concerning  Local Government and its Services. I am more than happy to tell
you about it and why it has been sent to you.

The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) have commissioned this
national survey to find out about residents' opinions and satisfaction with
their local area as a place to live. In addition a key part of the survey is
to find out about residents satisfaction with their local authority as a
whole and the services it provides.

Through this important survey we hope to find out about what drives
satisfaction or dissatisfaction with a local area and local authorities, and
this survey is just one part of an even wider and more detailed research
project.

Overall the ODPM is responsible for local and regional government, housing,
planning, fire, regeneration, social exclusion and neighbourhood renewal
which puts  it at the heart of the Government's ambition to create
sustainable communities for all.

All local authorities in England are required to conduct similar surveys
every three years. This survey is a national  interim survey, the results of
which will be fed back to the ODPM and all Local Authorities.

This survey has been sent to 16,000 households across all regions of
England. Addresses were selected on a random basis using information from
Royal Mail. Although the survey is completely voluntary we would encourage
you to take part as we want to achieve as high a response rate as possible
and obtain responses from wide a variety of people of all ages. All
responses are anonymous.

If you do not wish to take part or do not have the time to complete the
form, please let me know and I will ensure your details are removed from our
mailing list.

Above is the shown and proved to be Judicial Oath fraud. This Oath is
clearly meant to deceive the UK public. My cases have proved this fact and I
am in contact with people who have also suffered from such serious
establishment crime where being protected from that crime under the Royal
Prerogative appears to be all a part of it. Queen Elizabeth II is now a
multi-billionaire and questions must be asked on behalf of the UK nation
where this massive wealth has been obtained from. I can only think that it
has mostly come from the pockets of the hard working people of this nation.
One thing is for sure it did not just materialise out of thin air!  Does the
Oath of Allegiance only to Queen Elizabeth II sworn by all UK Members of
Parliament have anything to do with such questions not being asked in
Parliament?

carrying out a catalogue of acts to pervert the course of justice. Given
what I have been able to expose about the very corrupt UK establishment,

degree Freemason, former Home Secretary and of course Northumbria Police
have all ignored the matter of the Northumbria police Special Squad attempts

in February of 2003. One of those attempts were at shooting me and the other
was by trying to impale me on a sword that had previously decorated a room
in my home. I was handcuffed while two of the Special Squad tried to impale
me on the sword.  The theft of my home and most of my personal possessions
then took place. It is presently occupied by a Civil Servant, my civil
opponent in cases who carried out very material perjury and other crimes
allowed assisted by the Durham County and Newcastle County Courts in cases
DH400950. DH400898 and NE401650 that were illegally tried by recorder John
Fryer-Spedding. It is now known that all UK authorities operating under
Queen Elizabeth II are sheltering under what is known as the Royal
Prerogative which gives them immunity from prosecution. Such UK
establishment crimes amount to acts of tyranny (Abuse of Power) where Queen
Elisabeth II is also an integral part. The Royal Prerogative is indefensible
by Queen Elizabeth II under International law. Are those who murdered
Princess Diana, Dodi Fiad, Dr. David Kelly and Andy McCardle do this under
the protection of the Royal Prerogative? Circumstances suggest that this
