Southern 377's + Gatwick Express , Couple of questions
Question One :-
Southern still have one 377 stored at Marchwood near Southampton , Is this
the only 377 that's not in service ?
Question Two:-
How many Gatwick Express 460's are needed to cover all the diagrams ? Also
why does the journey take 5 minutes longer on Sunday's.
Thanks

7. 20 minute turnround at Gatwick and 25 at Victoria. If they're short they
step up by having shorter turnrounds. Sunday timings allow for Slow Line
running, or diversion through Redhill instead of the Quarry Line, if there
are engineering works on the Fast or Quarry Lines.

No, there are others, there are 377/4 that have reached Lovers Walk but
AFAIK are not commissioned yet, and there are further units gone OOS.
There are three 377/2 long term OOS, and 377/1s are tripping back two
at a time to Derby for modifications (to what I do not know).
