Around 1020 yesterday I saw a train of empty coal hoppers going into 
Portbury Dock. Odd thing was, it was being pushed (I couldn't see what 
was doing the pushing).

Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but is it possible it worked like 
this from Parson Street Junction?
