We have several windows with a Kenrick Sabrelock type of mechanism 
(shootbolt centre gearbox), starting to fail now as they are 10+ years old. 
I see these can be bought for about 20. Is changing them a fairly easy DIY 
job? Any tips? Thanks, Bill
