Litter bins removed from London streets near stations   
A follow on to a previous thread regarding the removal of litter bins
on the Underground and National Rail stations.

One fact of possible interest to those that didn't know it is that the
City of London was binless for 6 years, and since 1999 has had
Kevlar-lined bins on the street.

Yes, bins were removed from Warrington after the '93 murders
